Dr. Matthew Carmichael is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive experience in clinical care and medical leadership. He earned his undergraduate degree from Taylor University and completed medical school at A.T. Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM). He went on to complete his Emergency Medicine residency at University of Michigan Health – West in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Following residency, Dr. Carmichael served as Vice Chair of Emergency Medicine at Centerpoint Medical Center in Kansas City. In 2017, he moved to Tulsa, where he held leadership roles as Medical Director for Emergency Departments at both St. Francis Healthcare System and Hillcrest Healthcare System. He now brings his expertise to Advanced Wound Therapy, continuing his commitment to excellence in patient care and medical advancement.
